Elevate Your Authority

Say It Like You Lead It

Welcome video from Jill

It's time to elevate your authority. This tool is designed to help your language catch up to your leadership, one sentence at a time.

Bring one piece of your own language: a message, an email, something you said in a meeting. You'll see the pattern underneath it and leave with words that sound like the leader you already are.

Built on Jill Proud's Power Language method. Based on 25 years of coaching thousands of leaders.

Your words are used only to create your coaching and are deleted after 90 days.

Check-in

Which pattern feels most like
your default?

Select one of the five patterns. Go with your first instinct. Whichever you choose, your coaching is built from the words you share, so you'll get something useful either way.

Share

What are you saying that isn't landing?

Share something real: a message, an email, what you said in a meeting, or a line you keep coming back to.

Your words are what matter here, so skip the backstory. We don't need context to provide targeted, specific coaching. The most important thing is to share it the way you said it or wrote it, and leave out names and private details.

You can edit this before you submit.

Rebuild One Sentence

Rebuild It in Your Own Words

Rebuild your words by noticing what matters underneath them. Answer three short questions about the sentence you shared. Your answers become the raw material for a new sentence that puts you inside the choice.

Example

"This project is taking a bunch of my time."

1What am I actually choosing here?To put this project first for the next month.

2What am I getting in exchange for it?A launch that sets up our year.

3What would this sound and feel like if I already trusted my own judgment?Calm and decided. I would name the time and the reason.

"I'm investing fifty percent of my time in this project to make our launch happen."

Your sentence

Answer honestly and briefly. There's no right answer here.
